Why we exist
For years, Indians had no practical way to control who holds their personal data. It gets collected, copied and sold — and the calls, spam and scams that follow are the symptom. The law changed that: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to have your data erased. Saaph exists to make that right usable — in a few taps, not a legal maze.
We're India-first by design. We focus on the platforms and brokers Indians actually use, we keep things in plain language, and your data stays in India. We don't sell it, and we never will — that would defeat the entire point.
