If they still ignore you: go to their regulator

The Data Protection Board is the DPDP route, but it is new. India already has sector regulators with working complaint machinery — and a privacy complaint is very often also a sector complaint. Unwanted calls after you withdrew consent is a TRAI matter as much as a DPDP one, and that route usually moves faster. Pick the regulator that governs the company.
