Both companies built their broker lists around what generates spam and fraud risk in their home markets — US people-search sites, EU marketing databases. That's a real, well-executed product. It just isn't where an Indian phone number or address actually circulates. The spam calls, loan-app harassment and SIM-swap risk most Indians deal with trace back to Indian-specific platforms — TrueCaller listings, JustDial business entries, property portals like 99acres and MagicBricks, company records on Zaubacorp — none of which appear in either service's published scope.
